A burden that I can't share is a burden that I have to bear alone,
I feel like a vampire craving bitter fruit to mask the taste of you.

And I'll take what I need, to feed. Spit out what is left or just swallow it.

I feel sick and I feel tired, I feel like my bones are on fire.
Thoughts, they bloom and rot like flowers.
Am I a failure by design?

I'm just falling apart I know. Oh, well.

I stare straight through my mirror like it holds the sun.

If you squint your eyes enough you'll see straight through my double bluff.
I know you know it's rhetoric but I hope you drain more blood than you can drink.
